Short Biography: Hailing from Barcelona, Spain this man was very energetic. At the age of 6 a very unfortunate event happened which burned the face of Vega. The cause of this is unknown. Nobody knows alot about Vega and is a very shady and some what evil person. He wears the mask his father wore the same night that his father had gotten murdered. Vega took a rampage and vowed never to take the mask off again. This also covers the burn marks on his face. On his search to find his fathers murderer he was used to climbing on rooftops and running giving him excellent speed. He has learned the arts of Ninjitsu and Bullfighting and some people call him the ''Spanish Ninja''. He has a very brutal weapon which is a glove with three long sharp metal talons sticking out of it. Although the burn on his face, with the mask that covers it people say Vega is elegant and has a beautful physique.
